Sealy Moore Homes LLC will give 25% off the design fee on any project we build under $20,000.00, and 50% off the design fee on any project we build over $20,000.00, in 2016. The design fee is to be paid up front and then to be deducted later from the total construction fee. Typical residential construction fee = 15%; but can range on small projects from 15% up to 50%, and on large projects from 15% down to 10%.
