2002 - 2020 Sealy Moore Homes LLC
In 2002 SMH transitioned into residential design and construction projects including, home additions, home remodeling, gazebos, patios, and awnings. Design/Build Services has completed projects in Houston, Galveston, Brenham, Independence, and College Station, Texas.
In 2009 SMH added 'Green' Environment Technologies was added to pursue the new ‘green’ technologies market. GET has completed many projects in the Houston area installing Energy Q Radiant Barrier, Sun setter Awnings, and other insulation and ventilation products.
In 2011 SMH added Real Estate Services to capitalize on the current real estate market in Houston and the surrounding areas. We specialize in creating partnerships between Landowners, Developers, Builders, and in working with Investors. Also, we help individuals with selling and purchasing homes.

Built nine (9) speculative homes in Tomball and Magnolia, Texas.

Completed projects for Private Clientele including homes, home additions, home remodeling, and a gazebo.
Worked with Peter H. Brown, Architect, and Civic Designer on Residential Remodeling Projects, Houston, Texas.
Worked with Randy Bartholomew, Architect on Residential Remodeling Projects and Commercial Projects including an office building and lease space build-out for two DPS offices, San Antonio, Texas.
The Sierra Stone Company
Stonework projects include fireplaces, pool coping, paving, door, and window surrounds, and a portico, Houston, Texas.
1990 - Lucian Hood Inc., Head Designer, and Office Manager
Hired by William Carl and Carl Construction, I helped in the reorganization of the office of Lucian T. Hood, Architect, into Lucian Hood Inc. and worked as head designer to modify and design homes working with the Lucian Hood portfolio. I supplied plans for the Carl Construction Companies as well as to the public. I worked closely with William Carl and Noble Carl on the design of homes and helped with the development of small exclusive private neighborhoods; including re-platting land and permitting plans.
